what we collect

• When you check out: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order details. Payments are handled by Shopify; we never see your full card number.
• When you use the showroom form: the details you type in (name, company, email, phone, what you want to order). If you tick the text box, we may text or WhatsApp you about your request. Reply STOP any time to opt out.
• Basic site and store analytics: Shopify records standard store activity (pages viewed, orders). Any advertising or marketing trackers run only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you have accepted marketing cookies. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as your opt-out.

To opt out, or to ask what we hold, correct it, or delete it, email info@wearrogue.com with the subject "Privacy request." We reply within 45 days and never charge for it.

your california rights

California residents may request to know, delete, or correct their personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
